What services do you offer?
Maury River Family Practice's mission is to provide care that is proactive, patient centered and prevention-oriented. Many of the medical services performed in our office can be performed in-home by our specially trained clinicians. These services include comprehensive physical examinations including wellness management, immunizations, wound care and more.
Does Maury River Family Practice Accept Insurance for House Calls?
Yes, our office will bill your primary and secondary insurance in the same fashion as would occur at an office visit
How do I get started as a new patient?
Register by calling our office and speaking with our Front Desk Staff. To expedite the process, please have your insurance information handy when you call.
The Goal of the Maury River Family Practice's House Calls Program is to improve access to care and provide care coordination for older adults and those living with disabilities in the Rockbridge area. The MRFP team also provides complete care coordination, working with patients and their insurance companies to coordinate with specialists, any necessary offsite testing, home care services, and medical device and equipment delivery.
